Charity Fun Cricket Match for Alexis Sims - Sunday 19th June from 1pm at Hampton Wick

We have scheduled an extra cricket game this season in memory of Alexis to raise money for charity.

This will be a celebration of her life and a fun day for all. Crossbats Cricket Club will be playing an inter-club game combined with the pub league mid week team just renamed The Turks Head.

Graeme plays for both these teams.

Friends and relatives are all invited to play with these two teams, thus making sure we have a good mix.

From the pool of players present we will divide them up into two teams; Team Alexis and Team Sims.

Sunday 19th June, starting about 1pm. The venue will be Hampton Wick Cricket Club in Bushy Park on the 1st Eleven Pitch.

We would like to encourage as many people to come along and support as possible.

There will be an Amazing Charity raffle with some incredible prizes;

Robert Walters Box at Lords for one day on 10 August, Middlesex vs Yorkshire, it takes up to 18 people, included a supply up to £1,000 worth of food and/or drink
We have 3 Arsenal season tickets to a game on either a Saturday or Sunday at The Emirate

From The Lords Taverners a few books, DVDs and cricket caps

From ex international players signed bats

An overnight stay for two people in a top London hotel at Tower Bridge

A bottle of (1992)Dom Perignon.

Meal for two at La Buvette a quality French restaurant in Richmond.

Cricket memorabilia including framed signed picture of seven Captains of Essex.

• Kwick Cricket between the innings if there are enough youngsters there
• Bouncy castle for the children

We will be raising money for Depression Alliance which is the leading UK charity for people with depression. It works to relieve and prevent this treatable condition by providing information, support and understanding to those who are affected by it. It also campaigns to raise awareness amongst the general public about the realities of depression.
